The specific scope of work, materials, and timeline for each project are determined through a written estimate or contract agreed upon before work begins. Services are provided only within our listed service areas.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Master Mountain View Fence are free of charge and subject to the following conditions:

• Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of the on-site visit. Changes to the scope of work, site conditions, or material availability may affect the final price.
• Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
• An estimate does not constitute a contract or guarantee of service. A signed agreement or written authorization is required before any work begins.
• We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion prior to signing a service agreement.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a service agreement is signed and a start date is scheduled, the following terms apply:

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or text message) at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a fee to cover materials ordered or labor reserved.
• We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather, material delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the written service agreement for each project. General terms include:

• A deposit may be required before work begins, particularly for large projects or custom materials.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be specified in the service agreement. Checks should be made payable to Master Mountain View Fence.
• Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee or referred to a collections process.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure work proceeds safely and on schedule, the customer agrees to:

• Provide clear access to the work area on the scheduled date, including removal of obstacles, vehicles, or pets from the immediate work zone.
• Notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or known hazards in the work area before work begins.
• Obtain any required permits unless the service agreement expressly assigns that responsibility to Master Mountain View Fence.
• Ensure that the property lines and fence boundaries described in the service agreement are accurate and legally authorized.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

Master Mountain View Fence stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be stated in your written service agreement. In the absence of a specific written warranty, we will correct installation defects reported within 30 days of project completion at no additional charge, provided the defect is the result of our workmanship and not caused by external factors such as weather events, vandalism, soil movement, or customer modifications. Material warranties are subject to the terms of the manufacturer or supplier.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Master Mountain View Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a service agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us under that agreement.Master Mountain View Fence is not responsible for damage caused by underground utilities, undisclosed site conditions, or customer-provided information that proves to be inaccurate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and design - is owned by or licensed to Master Mountain View Fence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from a service agreement or these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation before pursuing any legal action. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.

11. Governing Law
